Brilliant first day at the Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2026 Michelle and I went to the bowls in the SEC during the day, bought some merchandise then popped over to Costa surprise surprise before going to the Opening Ceremony at night. The show was awesome and with 74 countries taking part it took a while for them all to come into the arena. The organisation was first class getting all the athletes into their seats.
Made me proud to be a Glaswegian.
Hopefully a couple of days rest to regenerate before more bowls, netball, athletics and closing ceremony.
